Scott Fouty is a Manager, Fund Management at Monarch Private Capital. In this role, Scott is responsible for federal fund performance, updating federal fund benefit schedules for federal investors, preparing put/call analysis as well as many other items.
Prior to joining Monarch, Scott worked as the tax credit manager for a national low income housing tax credit (LIHTC) syndication company. Before that, he worked in public accounting for ten years with a primary focus on real estate clients.
Scott holds an MS in taxation from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, and a BS in accounting from Cleary University in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
