Paxton Apartments

Located in Washington, DC’s Ward 7 district, the Paxton Apartments is a $101 million development consisting of 148 affordable apartment units and is predicted to be completed by 2025. This multi-family building has features that include one, two and three-bedroom units along with amenities such as a clubhouse, fitness center, business center and concierge service. Residents will also be equipped with education, employment services and entrepreneurial development through connection with Community of Hope. Paxton Apartments is also situated near downtown, allowing residents easy access to the surrounding community, shops, restaurants and entertainment.
