Amy P. Freeman

Amy Freeman is Manager, Legal Operations for Monarch Private Capital. In this role, Amy is primarily responsible for contract matters, entity management, and corporate processes. Amy’s extensive knowledge and meticulous attention to detail make her a valuable asset to Monarch and the Company’s ESG initiatives, which positively impact communities throughout the United States.

Prior to joining Monarch, Amy worked as the Sales Contract Administrator for Carestream Dental LLC, where she was responsible for contract management and creation for the U.S. and Canada divisions. Before Carestream, she was the Senior Litigation Paralegal at Dupree & Kimbrough, LLP, for more than 13 years, where she served the firm’s domestic, civil and criminal clients in local, federal and district court matters.

Amy earned her paralegal certification from Kennesaw State University and has been honored by the Federal Bureau of Investigation Philadelphia Division. Along with donating to families in need in her local community, she has been a volunteer member of Mostly Mutts Animal Rescue and Adoption since 2016. In her free time, Amy enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and outdoor activities.
