Senior Office Administrator
Faye Morgan

Faye Morgan is the Senior Office Administrator for Monarch Private Capital. In this role, Faye provides office support for the entire staff, including managing all administrative projects. Faye brings more than 25 years of administrative and managerial experience to the company. As an “original” employee, she has supported the firm’s growth since its founding, from a single office to multi-state offices to a national tax credit practice. Faye’s commitment to Monarch and her unparalleled customer service and problem-solving expertise play an integral role in the success of the Company’s ESG initiatives, positively impacting communities across the United States with each investment.

Prior to joining Monarch, Faye worked in office management capacities in real estate and housing, most notably with Cortland Partners Real Estate and the Decatur/DeKalb County Housing Authority. She has subject matter expertise in lending for real estate projects, housing programs that generate tax credits, and working with developers.

Throughout her career, Faye led notable projects to secure funding through HUD for affordable housing tax credits on multi-family housing; and through Georgia DCA for Qualified Allocation Plans on multi-family housing. She also conducted community seminars regarding down-payment assistance and home rehab programs. Her efforts resulted in numerous grant awards allowing first-time homebuyers the opportunity to purchase homes and existing homeowners to repair their residences.

Outside of work, Faye volunteers for the Georgia Ovarian Cancer Alliance and cares for homebound elders. In her free time, she enjoys traveling internationally to distant and unique places.
