Historic Bell Lofts

Located in Montgomery, Alabama, the historic Bell Building has been transformed into downtown Montgomery’s only high-rise luxury loft. From its construction in 1907 as the tallest building in Montgomery at the time, the building is now The Bell Lofts, celebrating the unique history of Montgomery. The Bell Lofts will consist of 88 loft-style, one and two-bedroom, upscale, market-rate apartment units and 4,000 square feet of street-level retail and restaurant space. Residents of the $21 million redevelopment will enjoy access to valuable common amenities, including a fitness center, resident game room and clubhouse, to name a few. The area is rich in history, with attractions like the Alabama State Capitol and Rosa Parks Museum, while downtown provides diverse entertainment options, including the Montgomery Biscuits, the local minor league baseball team.
