Now known as the Blue Bird Flats, the historic Motor Mart building has been rehabilitated to house modern-style apartments for Sioux City residents. This nearly $14 million development, located in downtown Sioux City, was originally constructed in 1911 for Bennett Auto Mart, and soon became a community hub when it became in the Sioux City Chamber Club and Commerce Building in the 1920s.
