Ajay Patel

Ajay Patel is a Manager, Asset Management for Monarch Private Capital. In this role, he oversees a renewable energy portfolio of pre-stabilized and stabilized assets to ensure each project is performing as expected. He is responsible for updating project benefit schedules, tracking financial performance, and preparing quarterly investor reports, along with many other responsibilities.

Ajay’s expertise includes project finance management, financial reporting and analysis, and liaising with various stakeholders, including tax equity investors and financial institutions. Prior to joining Monarch, he held various positions within the renewable energy sector at JPMorgan, Acciona Energy and OPD Energy. Ajay earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Kentucky. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, swimming and hiking. He is multilingual in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
