Blake Padilla

Blake Padilla is an Associate, Operations at Monarch Private Capital. In this role, he is primarily responsible for preparing new entity formations, record maintenance and management, and corporate document preparation. In addition, he offers legal support to In-House counsel and paralegals with administrative tasks.

Prior to joining Monarch, Blake worked as a legal professional for multiple intellectual property law firms in the metropolitan Atlanta area, where he assisted in patent filing in the United States Patent and Trademark Office, as well as patent file maintenance and creation. In addition, he has worked as a legal assistant for a Community Association Law Firm in Atlanta, where he maintained and handled HOA collections matters.

Outside of work, Blake is an avid golfer and golf coach who takes pride in helping people get better at the sport. In his free time, he enjoys sports, racing, and spending time with his friends and family.
