Brandon Lee is a Manager, Accounting at Monarch Private Capital. In this role, Brandon is primarily responsible for state fund business and is closely involved with month-end close, intercompany maintenance, state investment portfolio tracking, and preparation of various GAAP-based financial information. Brandon’s exemplary skill set, including his efficient and effective organizational skills, makes him a true necessity to the successful implementation of Monarch’s ESG strategies in the Company’s daily operations, supporting Monarch’s commitment to positively impact communities.
Prior to joining Monarch, Brandon began his career in public accounting, providing assurance services to privately held companies of varying industries, including manufacturing, distribution, healthcare and not-for-profit. He spearheaded the firm-wide adoption and implementation of complex risk-based audit procedure, which entailed data analysis of clients’ extensive accounting inputs. Brandon applied this experience to streamline daily accounting operations at Monarch by organizing various data and creating multiple workbooks that monitor complex partnership and investment transactions.
Brandon earned an MS in accounting from Carroll School of Management at Boston College, and he is a certified public accountant (CPA). In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, reading and exercising.
