Hayley Suminski

Hayley Suminski is a Director, Asset Management at Monarch Private Capital, where she is responsible for overseeing the firm’s historic tax credit portfolio. With over 22 years of well-rounded commercial real estate experience in both private equity and debt, Hayley leverages her extensive expertise to deliver outstanding results for Monarch and its investors.

Before joining Monarch, Hayley was a top producer at KeyBank Real Estate Capital, where she utilized various loan programs to secure new multifamily financing across the capital markets. Her previous roles include positions at Hunt Mortgage Group, TriSail Capital Corporation (a wholly owned subsidiary of Bank of America Merrill Lynch), and managing a $6.4 billion portfolio for Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage. Hayley began her career in acquisitions at Berkshire Residential and GID Investment Advisers.

Hayley graduated Cum Laude with a BA in economics and a minor in finance from Simmons College. She remains actively involved in local industry organizations and has served on the Board of the Real Estate Finance Association, CREW Boston, and the CREW Boston Educational Foundation.

In her personal time, Hayley enjoys traveling with her husband and engaging in various outdoor activities.
