Jennifer Hua is Manager, Renewable Energy at Monarch Private Capital. In this role, Jennifer identifies renewable energy opportunities that deliver strong returns for Monarch’s investors. She is primarily responsible for sourcing, negotiating, structuring, and executing complex tax equity transactions.
Before joining Monarch, Jennifer was Associate Vice President at Foss & Company, where she led due diligence and underwriting for a wide range of renewable energy assets, including solar, BESS, RNG, fuel cells, and advanced manufacturing. Prior to her career in tax credit syndications, Jennifer held several roles at Williams Companies, most recently in Business Development within the New Energy Ventures division. During her seven years at Williams, Jennifer helped develop BTM solar and storage assets, supported M&A transactions, and managed counterparty risk.
Jennifer earned an MBA from the University of Tulsa and a BBA in Finance and International Business from the University of Oklahoma.
