Managing Director, Corporate Solutions
Jimmy Etheredge

Jimmy Etheredge serves as a member of Monarch Private Capital’s Executive Management Committee and Managing Director of Corporate Solutions. With nearly four decades of experience helping Fortune 500 companies transform and grow, he brings deep expertise in corporate strategy, innovation, and enterprise-scale execution. Jimmy is the former CEO of Accenture North America, where he led the company’s largest geographic market through a period of double-digit growth—expanding annual revenue from $20 billion to $30 billion—before retiring in 2024.

At Monarch, Jimmy leads a strategic initiative to help institutional and corporate investors optimize tax strategies and unlock value across renewable energy, historic rehabilitation, and affordable housing projects. His leadership supports Monarch’s mission to deliver strong financial returns while generating measurable social and environmental impact.

Jimmy currently serves as Deputy Chair of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta and sits on the boards of Southern Company, Encora, and Grant Thornton US.

A Georgia native, Jimmy holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he is a trustee and member of the university’s Hill Society. He also serves on the nonprofit boards of the Woodruff Arts Center, Atlanta Police Foundation, and Boy Scouts of America.

Outside of work, you can find him enjoying a good bourbon, playing bad golf, practicing yoga, living and dying with Georgia Tech and Atlanta sports (mostly dying), and being tugged through the park by his two boisterous labs
