Kate Fialko is an Associate, Renewable Energy at Monarch Private Capital. In her current position, she supports the due diligence process and closing of Monarch’s renewable energy tax equity transactions. Kate’s experience in and passion for environmental sustainability are great assets to Monarch’s renewable energy team.
Prior to joining Monarch, Kate worked as a financial analyst for Birdseye Renewable Energy. In this role she focused on the financial modeling of utility-scale solar projects to inform key project development decisions.
Kate earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from UNC-Chapel Hill. While in college she interned for Birdseye Renewable Energy, UNC’s Environmental Finance Center, and Orange Water and Sewer Authority.
